Orders flow to us through ShipStation. We pick the right items, pack them carefully and ship them out. Packaging is included in every plan.
Kitting
Gift sets, bundles, sample packs or subscription boxes. We assemble them so they're ready to ship.

Returns
We receive returned items, check them and restock what can be resold. Flat $3 per return on every plan, and returns that don't become a nightmare.
